Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. self-rising flour
1 egg
2 Tbsp. sugar
2/3 c. milk

Preparation

Mix.
Drop from a funnel into hot oil, making a circular shape.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and any other fruit topping.
