Rhubarb Pie(Not The Reunion Kind) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. all purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. shortening or lard
    3-4 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Stir together flour and salt.
    Cut in shortening until flour forms small pea shapes.
    Add 1 Tbsp. of water at a time gently tossing with a fork.
    Repeat until all dough is moistened.
    Form into a ball,
    Flatten with floured hands on floured surface, then use rolling pin to flatten the rest of the way.
