Chili Con Queso - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. Velveeta
4 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 c. juice from tomatoes
1/4 c. milk
2 small cans green chilies, chopped
1/4 round Longhorn wheel
tortilla chips
Preparation

Melt all ingredients in saucepan or microwave, stirring frequently.
Serve warm with plain tortilla chips.
Keep covered in refrigerator.
Will keep 1 to 2 months.
