Cher'S Pumpkin Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. whole wheat pastry flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1 1/2 oz. packet Butter Buds
    3 Tbsp. granulated fructose
    1/2 tsp. dried orange rind
    2 egg whites
    3/4 c. low-fat buttermilk
    1 c. canned pumpkin puree
Preparation
    Combine the first 7 ingredients in a large bowl; mix well. Beat together the egg whites and low-fat buttermilk.
    Stir in the pumpkin.
    Add to dry ingredients and blend well.
