Vegetable Jalfarezi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. green pepper, diced
    1/2 c. carrots, chopped
    1/2 c. green peas
    2 tsp. cumin seed
    chili powder
    lemon juice
    butter
    1/2 c. tomato, chopped
    1/2 c. onions, chopped
    1/2 c. beans, cut in 1-inch pieces
    salt to taste
    white pepper powder
    white vinegar
    tomato sauce
Preparation
    Heat oil in pan.
    Add cumin seed, onions, beans, green pepper and carrots.
    Saute for a minute or two.
    Add the rest of the vegetables and saute again.
    Add salt to taste, chili powder and touch of tomato sauce.
