Pecan Pie(Club Member: Laine) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

pastry for 9-inch pie crust
3 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 c. light corn syrup
1 c. pecans
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0. Prepare pastry. Beat eggs, sugar, salt, butter and syrup with rotary beater. Stir in nuts. Pour into pastry-lined pie pan. Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until filling is set. Do not overcook.
