Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. frozen sliced yellow squash (can use fresh)
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 stick margarine
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
8 crackers, crushed
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Boil squash until tender; drain and mash.
Add cheese, butter, egg, milk and crackers.
Season with salt and pepper.
Put grated cheese on top.
Bake in shallow casserole dish at 350\u00b0 until set and brown (about 45 minutes).
