Teriyaki Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. grated ginger
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. pepper
1 dash Tabasco sauce (optional)
Preparation

Basic marinade for meat, poultry and seafood.
Marinating times depend on thickness.
Example:
chicken thighs equal 3 to 4 hours.
Thinly sliced (1/8 to 1/4-inch thickness) beef, 2 hours. Can be used as basting sauce.
