Leftover Night - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    2 c. rice (uncooked)
    1 can green beans, drained
    1 can corn, drained
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1/2 onion and bell pepper
    1/2 jar salsa (hot or mild)
    salt
    pepper
    jalapeno peppers
Preparation
    Cook ground chuck, onion and bell pepper together.
    Cook rice, then add beans, corn, Ro-Tel, salsa, salt, pepper and ground chuck mixture. Add jalapeno peppers.
