Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 center cut pork chops
    1 c. milk
    1 egg
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    flour seasoned with salt
Preparation
    Dust pork chops lightly with flour.
    Dip chops into milk and egg mixture, then dredge in flour once more.
    Shake off excess flour.
    Fry in hot cooking oil over medium heat until lightly brown on both sides.
