Roasted Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. pecan halves
3 Tbsp. melted butter
coarse salt to taste
pepper to taste
Preparation

Spread pecan halves in a baking pan.
Pour melted butter over the nuts and toss well.
Roast nuts in a moderately slow oven at 325\u00b0 for about 25 minutes or until they are lightly colored and sizzling.
During roasting, shake them several times.
Sprinkle with salt and a few grinds of pepper.
Shake the pan to distribute seasonings.
Cool nuts and transfer to airtight jar and store in refrigerator.
