Stuffed Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium tomatoes (peeling on)
    1 Irish potato, boiled and mashed
    1 c. bread crumbs
    3/4 c. chicken or ham
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
Preparation
    Mix
    all
    the
    ingredients, but the tomatoes.
    Salt and pepper to
    taste.
    Cut
    a
    slice from top of tomato, scoop out inside and add
    this
    to the mixture.
    Stuff the tomatoes and place in
    a baking
    dish and cover bottom of dish with water. Bake at 350\u00b0 until tomatoes are tender, 15 or 20 minutes.
