California Style Brussels Sprouts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Brussels sprouts
2 small cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
6 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Steam the sprouts until they are barely cooked through and still very crisp.
Drain and dry out over the heat for a moment. Meantime, saute the garlic in the olive oil until just wilted. Add the sprouts and shake the pan well.
Add the lemon juice and pepper and shake again.
Spoon into a heated serving dish and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Serve at once.
