Tuna Fish Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can green peas with liquid
    1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1 c. shredded American cheese
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) can French fried onion rings
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and put in casserole.
    Bake uncovered in 375\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
    This may be made ahead, adding onion rings just before putting in oven.
    Serves 6 to 8.
