Soy Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. wings
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 to 2 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Cut wing into 3 parts.
    Discard tips.
    Sprinkle wings with garlic powder and pepper.
    Stir-fry in oil until almost done.
    Add soy sauce and cook 2 to 3 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
