Cucumber Mousse Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 small pkg. lime gelatin
1/4 c. lemon juice
3/4 c. hot water
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1 c. sour cream
1 c. grated cucumber (do not pare or peel)

Preparation

Mix the first 4 ingredients together and let set (to soft-set stage).
Add the sour cream and cucumber.
Pour into mold and chill until solid.
Decorate with edible flowers and serve.
