"Green" Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 head lettuce
    1/2 c. chopped red onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped carrots
    1/2 c. chopped cucumbers
    1/2 c. chopped broccoli
    1/2 c. chopped cauliflower
    1 can drained English peas
    1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
    4 or 5 chopped boiled eggs
    1/3 bottle Bac*Os
    Ranch-style dressing
Preparation
    Layer in order given.
    Pour Ranch-style dressing over top. Cover with plastic wrap.
    Refrigerate.
    Serve next day.
