Chicken Noodle Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken and 1 celery stalk (debone after cooked)
    5 carrots, diced
    3 celery stalks, diced
    1 medium onion, diced
    salt and pepper to taste
    5 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 pkg. noodles
Preparation
    Stew chicken with the 1 celery stalk and salt and pepper until done (approximately 1 1/2 hours).
    Remove chicken.
    Strain stock and put into refrigerator until fat is firm on top.
    Remove and scrape off fat.
    Return stock to pan.
    Add 4 cups water.
    Bring to a boil and add bouillon cubes, celery, carrots and onion.
    Simmer for 15 minutes.
    Bring back to a full boil and add noodles.
    Cook until done (8 to 10 minutes).
    Return deboned chicken to pot. Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Serves 8.
