Honey-Oat Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. all-bran
    1 c. oats
    1 c. wheat germ
    1/2 to 1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. milk powder
    1 c. sour or buttermilk
    1 c. honey
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients.
    Add sour or buttermilk and let stand for 1/2 hour.
    Combine eggs, oil and honey and add to first mixture.
    Beat well.
    Sift together flour, baking powder and soda and add all at once to egg mixture.
    Stir until well-moistened. Fill muffin pans.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
