Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. milk
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. Carolina long grain rice (raw)
    pinch of salt
    1/4 c. raisins
Preparation
    Bring all to a boil; simmer for 55 minutes.
    Stir very often. Remove from heat and stir in 3/4 can of Carnation evaporated milk. Beat 2 eggs in a blender and fold in.
    Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Stir very often so it doesn't burn.
