Crab Cakes(Smith Island, Maryland) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crabmeat
1 tsp. parsley flakes
3 Tbsp. Bisquick
1 egg
7 shakes Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp. mustard
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
oil for frying
Preparation

Mix the ingredients with a spoon.
Form the cakes with an ice cream dipper.
Cook in an inch of hot oil until golden brown. Serves 4.
