Broccoli And Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box chopped broccoli or 1 bunch fresh broccoli, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 garlic clove, chopped
    1 Tbsp. flour
    4 c. chicken broth or 4 bouillon cubes and 4 c. water
    4 c. shredded cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook broccoli until tender.
    As broccoli cooks, melt butter in large pot.
    Saute onion and garlic until tender; sprinkle flour over onion and garlic.
    Stir until blended.
    Add stock and continue stirring until mixture is smooth.
    Add cheese and broccoli; beat until cheese is melted.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Serves 4.
