Peach Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
dash of salt
2 Tbsp. flour
1 egg
3 Tbsp. evaporated milk
8 fresh peaches
Preparation

Peel and stir.
Put in unbaked pie shell.
Put a tablespoon Minute tapioca in bottom of pie shell. Add the peaches. After first layer of peaches, put in another tablespoon Minute tapioca. Add more peaches until you have a filled pie shell.
Pour the mixture over the peaches and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until golden brown.
