Ingredients

3 lb. ground ham
2 lb. ground chuck
1 lb. lean pork, ground
3 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 c. milk
4 eggs, beaten
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans tomato soup
1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Mix together lightly but well the ground meats, graham cracker crumbs, milk and eggs.
Shape into balls about walnut size or whatever you prefer.
Place in single layer in two 9 x 13-inch pans or sizes to suit your family.
Top with glaze and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Makes about 80 meat balls.
