Ingredients

2 c. cooked rice
4 to 4 1/2 c. milk
4 eggs
1/2 stick margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. raisins, plumped
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add sugar, beating well. Add butter.
Combine rice and egg mixture.
Add vanilla and spices.
Add milk, beating well.
