Pork Chop Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pork chops
    3 c. sliced potatoes
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can celery soup
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    flour to dredge chops
    fat for browning chops
Preparation
    Dredge chops with flour and brown in hot fat.
    Set aside.
    Put sliced potatoes in buttered casserole with onion, salt and pepper. Stir soup well and pour over potatoes.
    Arrange pork chops on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until potatoes are well done.
