Apple Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. shredded apples
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
vanilla
3 eggs
2 c. flour
3/4 c. nuts

Preparation

Mix
eggs, oil and sugar.
Then add flour, soda, cinnamon
and vanilla.
Add
apples,
pineapple and nuts.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for
30
minutes.
I bake mine in a jelly roll pan. Serve cool with whipped cream or ice cream.
