Key Lime Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 large eggs
    3/4 c. key lime juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 drop green food coloring
    whipped cream and lime slices for garnish
Preparation
    In bowl with electric mixer, beat together the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
    Now beat in sour cream, flour, eggs (1 at a time), lime juice, vanilla and food coloring.
    Beat until smooth.
    Pour into crust.
    Bake in center of preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 250\u00b0 and bake 1 hour.
    Let cool on rack, then chill, covered, overnight.
