Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted flour
    1 c. water
    salt
    7 eggs
    2 lb. Ricotta
    grated Parmesan
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella
    tomato sauce
Preparation
    Pancakes:
    Combine flour, water and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
    Beat until smooth. Add 4 eggs (one at a time).
    Heat a 5 to 6-inch skillet that has been greased with a drop of oil.
    Put in a small amount of batter and roll. Cook until firm.
    Flip.
    (Use a Teflon pan.)
