Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 tsp. vinegar
    2 unbaked 9-inch pastry shells
Preparation
    Combine margarine, sugar, eggs, pecans, coconut, raisins and vinegar, mixing thoroughly.
    Pour filling into pastry shells. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Yields 12 servings.
