Low-Fat Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. Bisquick
    1 1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb. frying chicken, cut up and skin removed
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0. Mix dry ingredients.
    Coat chicken in plastic bag.
    Bake 35 minutes.
    Turn.
    Bake until done, about 15 minutes.
