Marinated Flank Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. consomme or beef bouillon
1 c. red wine
2/3 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. green onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. lime juice
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
-
Score steak on both sides in 1 1/2-inch squares.
Marinate in other ingredients for 8 hours in refrigerator.
Grill to desired degree of doneness.
Slice across grain into thin slices.
