Barbecued Beef With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Simmer on low heat until onion and celery are tender.
    Brown 1 to 1 1/2 pounds chopped beef (bite size) and cook either in crock-pot or skillet until tender.
    Cook rice (at least 2 to 3 cups).
    Place on serving dish (in center). Place meat around rice and pour sauce over meat.
