Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. uncooked fresh or frozen corn
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    3 Tbsp. salad oil or melted margarine
    3 (3 Tbsp.) sugar
    1 1/4 c. milk, scalded
Preparation
    Combine
    corn
    with remaining ingredients.
    Pour into a greased baking
    dish.
    Bake
    in
    a 325\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until firm and lightly browned.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
