Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. white syrup
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 1/2 c. raw Spanish peanuts
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Boil the sugar, water, syrup and salt to a hard boil, 250\u00b0. Add the butter and the Spanish peanuts.
    Cook to a golden brown. Remove from heat and add the vanilla and soda.
    Spread on buttered pans.
