Beef Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. round steak
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    4 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 small can tomato paste
    2 c. hot water
    minced garlic and minced onion to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 pkg. grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Trim meat and cut into serving size pieces.
    Pound to tenderize and coat with flour.
    Mix bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
    Dip meat into egg, then into crumb and cheese mixture. Brown meat in cooking oil, then place in greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
