Baked Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. spaghetti sauce
smashed clove garlic
3 c. cottage cheese
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
10 oz. lasagne noodles
cold water
Preparation

Brown ground beef.
Drain.
Add spaghetti sauce mixed as directed.
Add smashed clove of garlic.
In a separate bowl, mix cottage cheese, eggs, salt, pepper, parsley flakes and grated Parmesan cheese.
Cook lasagne noodles.
Drain and rinse in cold water.
Place in layers in a large baking dish:
noodles, cottage cheese mixture, Mozzarella cheese slices and meat sauce.
Repeat. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Let stand for 10 to 15 minutes.
Cut into squares.
Serve with garlic bread and a garden salad.
