The World'S Best Buffalo Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs chicken wing pieces
    8 oz. canola cooking oil
    4 oz. Texas Pete Buffalo Style Chicken Wing Sauce
Preparation
    Heat oil in a 3 quart pan or larger at 375 degrees.
    Wash chicken wing pieces.
    Drain chicken and fry until crispy.
    Place chicken on paper towels for excess oil drainage.
    Place chicken in large bowl and pour in 2 Tbsp. of Texas Pete sauce.
    Mix well, adding sauce if desired for hotter wings.
