Venison Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    approximately 20 oz. venison (preferably tenderloins)
    8 oz. Speedie marinating sauce
    4 oz. Italian dressing
    Italian bread crumbs
    homemade spaghetti sauce
    Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Marinate meat in marinating sauce and Italian dressing overnight in bowl, turning periodically.
    Bread meat in bread crumbs and flash fry in hot skillet, using a small amount of olive oil.
    Layer fried meat in bottom of a medium size casserole dish. Cover with a layer of spaghetti sauce and cheese in between each layer of meat.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 4 to 5 people.
