Apricot Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
3 oz. pkg. apricot jello
1/4 c. sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip
15 oz. crushed pineapple
junior size jar apricot tapioca pudding baby food
Preparation

Soften cream cheese with the apricot tapioca pudding.
Set aside.
Boil the jello, sugar and pineapple until dissolved and then cool.
Add apricot mixture to the boiled ingredients.
Add Cool Whip.
Do not drain the pineapple before cooking it.
