Rolled Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. onion
    1/4 c. canned milk
    1/4 c. green pepper
    1 egg
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    Bisquick mix (Bisquick or bread mix)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and roll into any Bisquick mix as for biscuits or bread mix.
    Bake 1 hour or until meat is done at 350\u00b0.
