Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    4 Tbsp. pure vegetable oil
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. leftover meat, cubed
    3 c. cooked vegetables
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 1/4 c. bouillon stock or gravy
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    biscuit dough (2 c. recipe)
Preparation
    Brown onion in oil.
    Stir in salt, pepper and flour.
    Heat; add meat, vegetables, tomato sauce, bouillon and Worcestershire sauce.
    Heat thoroughly.
    Pour into 2-quart casserole.
    Roll biscuit dough 1/4-inch thick for top crust and cover.
    Fill with 2-inch biscuits.
    Bake in hot oven at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
    Serves 5 to 6.
