Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    3 eggs
    3 c. flour (plain)
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. apples, chopped
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Mix sugar, oil and eggs.
    Set aside.
    Mix flour, soda and salt.
    Combine with first mixture.
    Add vanilla, apples and nuts. (Secret:
    Use your hand to squeeze apples through mixture.
    This makes a big difference.)
    Bake in tube or Bundt pan at 325\u00b0
    for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
