Sesame Broccoli - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli
1 tsp. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. sesame seed
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. soy sauce (low sodium preferable)
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Wash and trim broccoli into spears.
Place in steamer basket, cover and steam 7 minutes until tender but still crisp.
Drain and arrange in serving bowl.
