Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. boiled squash
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 medium onion, chopped and sauteed in 1/2 stick oleo
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz with jalapenos (mild)
    salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Pour in casserole dish.
    Mix well.
    Crush 1/2 package saltine crackers and sprinkle on top.
    Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
