Cream Brulee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. heavy cream
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    6 egg yolks
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 c. light brown sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Heat cream in a double boiler and stir in sugar.
    Beat the egg yolks until light and pour the hot cream over them gradually, stirring vigorously.
    Stir in vanilla and pour into a souffle dish.
    Place dish in a pan containing 1-inch hot water and bake until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Chill.
