Deer Steak And Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium venison steaks (1/2-inch thick)
3 large onions
6 cloves garlic
4 beef bouillon cubes
1 qt. water
2 c. flour
2 Tbsp. onion salt
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. cooking oil
Preparation

Tenderize meat.
Add salt and pepper and roll in flour. Brown on both sides.
Put water, onion, salt, garlic cloves, garlic salt and bouillon cubes in Dutch oven.
Drop in meat. Simmer for 45 minutes or until gravy is thick and creamy.
