Marinade For Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    4 tsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. meat tenderizer
    1/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Marinate for 3 to 24 hours.
    Enough for a 3 pound roast.
    Turn meat several times so marinade will soak in.
    Cook meat in the marinade.
