*Florentine Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    dash of sugar
    1 pt. cherry tomatoes, halved
    1 lb. spinach
    2 heads Belgian endive, curly endive or iceberg lettuce
    4 slices bacon, fried crispy and crumbled
    2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped or sieved
Preparation
    Mix together in small bowl the oil, vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper and sugar.
    Add tomatoes and let marinate for 1 hour or longer.
    Wash spinach and tear into pieces.
    Separate endive into leaves.
    Refrigerate both.
