Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 1/2 c. cake flour
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 oz. red food coloring
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter.
    Blend in eggs and beat well.
    Make a paste of the vinegar and cocoa.
    Add to the creamed mixture. Sift together dry ingredients and add alternately with buttermilk. Mix in the vanilla and red food coloring.
    Bake in 3 greased and floured 9-inch layer pans at 350\u00b0
    for 20 to 30 minutes, or until done.
